When Bill was ten years old, his father made a simple statement — he wished he’d had the chance to keep bees. That comment stayed with Bill for decades. In 2017, he finally acted on it.
Beekeeping is not an exact science. The learning curve is steep, and we’ve faced plenty of ups and downs over the years. But with every challenge came knowledge, and with every harvest came something truly special — pure, raw honey we were proud to share.
How It All Began
Since our second year of beekeeping, we’ve had enough honey to
begin sharing with friends, family, and our work families. During
that time, our curiosity and creativity sparked a deeper mission
— to show just how versatile honey can really be.
Today, we offer a wide variety of wildflower and infused honeys
that change with our Midwest seasons. From bold jalapeño and
smoky mezcal to delicate lavender, rose, and chai spice — each
one starts with the same foundation: pure, raw local honey.
We are passionate beekeepers with a creative spark who love
exploring new ways to showcase honey. We specialize in
small-batch, infused honeys that go through several rounds of
testing with friends and family before the final recipe is
perfected. We continually research food trends and take
customer feedback seriously to develop new and exciting products.
